Smart select associated with incorrect VM

Ok, i copied my XP VM and then "Upgraded" my original XP VM to Windows 7 and this all worked great!!

Now I have 2 VMs, one XP and One Windows 7.

But when I double click on office documents in Mac OS, it keeps trying to start up the XP VM rather then the Windows 7 VM to load word, excel, etc.

how do I change it to open up my new Windows 7 VM?
