Smart Select default browser behavior

    For some reason, my default browser changes back to just operating within the VM versus running Firefox. If I go to the preferences and change it back to Windows and then reboot the VM, shutdown and then change the preference back to Mac OS X, it seems to do it but somehow it loses the setting.

    any ideas?
