SmartSelect + Foxit Reader

Hello. I did a quick search and didn't see any mention of this, so heregoes: I'd like to open all my PDFs on the Mac side in Foxit Reader, a Windows program. I run Foxit in Windows, right click its icon in the dock in OS X, and there is no SmartSelect menu.

I've used SmartSelect with Word, so it is working. Are only a few apps supported? What's the deal?
