    Hi,

I have the following problem that the snapshot manager isn't accessible any more. Here are the steps to reproduce the behaviour:

    1. Attach a second monitor
    2. Open the snapshot manager
    3. Move the snapshot manager window to the second monitor
    4. Close Parallels Desktop
    5. Detach the second monitor
    6. Open Parallels Desktop
    7. Open the snapshot manager

Now you cannot see the snapshot manager and you're also unable to drag it back on your desktop. The only way to get it back is to attach a second monitor and now you're able to move the snapshot manager window to the main monitor.

Quite annoying if you don't have a second monitor ...

    Regards,
    Mark

    Hello Mark,

It is expected behaviour of our interface engine, that is sometimes unable to detect the Mac desktop resolution decrease to automatically move the graphic-rich Windows to the viewable area. Generally we would recommend moving the Windows back to the main monitor prior to detaching the second monitor.

    Best regards,
