Snow Leopard & No wireless network in XP

I had Windows XP running fine withe Parallels vs 4.0. build 0386. I updgraded to Snow Leopard. Wireless network is fine in SL but I cannot get a connection in Windows anymore.. Please help

Please make sure that you are using "Shared Networking";
