SoftPlan Double Cursor

I am using SoftPlan architect software. I searched and found a thread on the problem I'm having. However the solution didn't work for me. Has anyone run into this problem and had a fix for it?

Make sure you are using the standard type fonts not the clear type under the display properties. This should fix your problem.

I am having an issue when I use Softplan architecture software. The cursor lags and is very jumpy. Have you heard of this???? Any solutions? Thanks.
