I am getting no information returned by the Software Inventory process, does it actually work? I went through the administration manuals which have several references to "Software Inventory" alongside "Hardware Inventory", which are two distinctly separate processes in the SCCM world, but am finding no references to any actual Software Inventory settings being collected. Out Hardware Inventories are working, so I'm unclear on what could be wrong on just the Software Inventory side unless that feature doesn't exist.

Hi, current version of PMM stores information about installed software under Hardware \ Installed Applications node. We do plan to implement an ability to view software information under the Software node. Also, the upcoming v6 will add support for the Software Metering.
