I have the same problem of the command key "getting stuck". There is no problem with the key itself. This is in Windows 7 and the latest version of Parallel Desktop. I have reported the problem through the reporting system.
It is very frustrating and happens to me very often. I am a programmer and after coding for a short time all of a sudden windows start flying all over the place because the command key decides to get stuck. It is actually quite a serious problem.
