Hello I'm a new customer of Parallels, I bouth the parallels by internet on 16th of February at morning...

I have two questions ...

How cand I know wich version of Paralleles I have?

How Can I do to upgraded or actualize my parallels software (if I dont have the RC3)?

PD: I'm sorry, as you can see my english it is horrible....
 
To find the version : Parallels Desktop > About Parallels Desktop
(in the OSX menubar)

to upgrade: download the release candidate that is in the sticky message at the top of this forum.
 
easier way

An easier way to download the latest version is to go to the home page www.parallels.com and click on the omage at the top of the page which has "Update RC3 is now available".

it helps the developers to get some newbie feedback too

never apologize for bad english if it is your second language
this is not a school class room
and I can't do your language unless it was danish

the only dumb question is the one you did not ask


I have enjoyed using parallels since June 2006 and I am still having fun :-)

I already installed the RC3 upgrade.... I had a little problem doing it... but finally I did... the proble are with UNIVERSAL USB or something like that... I can't resolved....
