Sound routing and control for different programs like Sound Control App

Hello! I have the Parallels for Mac Toolbox sound router so I can route to ear phones, or speakers per program, similar to the Sound Control App?
The program sound control allows a lot. But really all I use it for is to route zoom to earphones or speakers and be able to control the different sound levels for multiple programs to be done separately. So I can pull zoom down or safari down - not for real mixing like a record mix. But for monitoring. If a zoom is too Loud I can pull it down and still work and listen to something off my desktop and not compete. I think I am explaining it okay. This program can do a lot more. But for me the ability to control programs levels separately or to route to earphones etc would be great. Carl
