Spotlight won't work anymore after installing Parallels Desktop 3

After I installed Parallels Desktop 3, my spotlight won't work anymore. It shows no results found.

I know this is the Parallels problem because when I move the "Parallels" folder out of the "StartupItems" folder, the spotlight work again. When I try to put them back into the "StartupItems" folder. The spotlight will not work anymore.
I tried to follow the instructions in this forum to uninstall and install again. It is still the same!

Is there any solutions to this problem? :(
 
I've reinstalled Mac OS X.
The problem is Parallels Desktop 3.
If I uninstall it, the spotlight works again.
I think the Parallels in Startupitems has problems
