Start In Parameters and Envirornment Variables

I would like to set the Start In parameter to use d:\Folder\%username% as the start-in folder.

Setting this does not seem to work (the .ini files that normally are generated are not). Please advise if this is possible.

I have attached a screenshot to better explain what I am trying to accomplish.

Running Terminal Services on Windows Server 2003. 2x Version 8.1 Build 930.

The path should work..
Try publishing cmd and start in the path.
See if it will launch in that path, could be a rights issue (the user the .ini file is created under might not necessarily be the user you login as), or the path is not correct.
