Start up "error" in beta 3

Since upgrading to beta 3 I get the following dialog box when starting up:

The virtual machine being started is going to switch VMX mode on. Parallels Workstation has detected that VMX mode is already activated by another running application. If that application will stop VMX, the virtual machine may behave unpredictably.
Click Ok to start the virtual machine with VMX support, or click Cancel and edit VT-x settings.

I click OK and everything seems to be OK, but please advise if this is a problem

reboot. that fixed it for me. i think after the upgrade it thought the previous version still had hold... i dunno. reboot cleared it up

edit: reboot OSX that is, :)
