Start XP on 2nd monitor?

Hey all

Is there a way to start Parallels / XP to ful screen on the 2nd monitor?
Currently, it always boots to the main monitor and then we have to move it to the 2nd monitor.

Please, any help would be awesome.

Running build 3106.
The reason is for access issues to mac documents from the PC side. 3120 and 3150 cause us much grief and as with any beta software, we can not re-create it with other installs.
 
Your bug is well-known in 3106, in Release Candidate 2 (Build 3150) this problem was fixing.
