Is it possible to configure the DHCP server that comes with Parallels 3 (pvsnatd) to always return the same IP address to a given MAC address?

I noticed that the pvsnatd program seems to store its lease information in /Library/Parallels/.parallels_dhcp_leases. Several of the fields look like MAC Addresses and some are timining information such as how long a lease is valid for and when it was granted. I can't quite figure out the format of the file though. Does anyone know the format of the file?

One idea I had was to simply modify the file to have the IP lease never expire, or expire in far in the future.
