Running Parallels Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac Build 7.0.15107 (Revision 796624; Sept. 13, 2012) in Lion the static ip address would stick in Windows 7 Professional. After an upgrade to Mountain Lion (10.8.4) setting the IP address in Windows 7 will stick after a restart, and cold start of Windows environment. But overnight the IP address reverts to Obtain IP Address. Is this corrected in Parallels 8? I'm willing to upgrade if the issue is corrected. Using Remote Desktop to login to the Windows side, so every time the IP address changes, we lose our connection.
