Forgive the sarcasm, but I shelled out $80 in early December for a product that I was assured would do the job for me, but never did.
I was assured that the problem would be fixed. But it isn't.
In addition to the $80, I have worked more then a few hours trying to get this resolved. Install/reinstall/re-install tools/upgrade/reinstall/re-install tools/this/that/the other thing.
RAM is not an issue.m 2Gigs.
The imac is new.
I started with version 3.0, whatever build they were selling out of the box at the MAC store in early December.
