Still Waiting

Like the rest of you for the Mac Pro revision. I have a question while we wait. I just got the mac pro and only have 2 512 chips. Yes the question is how much do I need, besides how much can you afford, I was thinking 2 1gb chips. Is that a problem not matching what is in the machine now. And is there a preference to the manufacture.

Man, Apple has some pretty expensive taste in memory, and it uses it!

This is one area where you don't wont to skimp, unless you like opening up the computer and dealing with shipping ;-)

crucial has a good tool for finding the right type of memory
