Stopping parallels install tool in windows?

I installed parallels trail version, but deiced I don't need it right now. I removed parallels, I never installed the parallels tools in windows and now during windows startup it keeps trying to install the tool. Does any one know where the install file is located in windows? I try to go though with the install, so I can uninstall it but it never fully install keeps requiring to restart.
 
Do you mean when you start up in Boot Camp, it tries to install Parallels tools? That shouldn't happen considering the tools are installed from a disk image only mounted by Parallels.

Yeah thats what's happening in bootcamp. I tried looking for the .exe file in windows partition couldn't find it any where.
 
Boot natively into Boot Camp, go to Start => My Computer => Control Panel => Add/remove programs and check for a Parallels Tools installation. If it's there, axe it and see if the problem doesn't go away.
