Stuck in Suspended mode

I have been running Parallels on my MacBook for awhile now with no problems. Now all of a sudden I have a message that I have a Fatal Error in the Virtual Machine, and my parallels is stuck in suspended. I have tried alot of different things to try tp fix this but I still haven't found a solution.

Can anyone help me, as I need Windows to operate my business applications.

I'm having this problem too. I run a Macbook Pro with Snow Leopard. I only use Windows about once a month and the last time that I used it I had no problems at all. This time, after running all of the normal AV and Windows updates and doing the required reboots, Parallels is now frozen. Black Screen, no text, no icons, nothing. I tried stopping the Virtual Machine, nothing. Tried suspending, nothing. And now it's stuck in permanent suspend. The Dock icon for Parallels has a continual spinning red fan on it. I tried Parallels and restoring from my Time Machine backup and nothing has changed. Anybody have any suggestions? I can't do anything at all. Thanks!
 
Okay, I got mine working. Quit Parallels. Then shutdown your Mac and reboot. You should be able to get things up and running again. It worked for me anyway.

Please follow the steps mentioned below:

1) Please, open the Parallels folder: by default it is placed in one of the following directories.

/Users/<you user name>/Documents/
/Users/<you user name>/Library/

2) Find the correspondent virtual machine's folder (Microsoft Windows XP.pvm in our example and right click on it and choose Show package contents).

3) Delete the files with .mem and .sav extensions.
