Stuck with no options to configure VM - HELP!

Before upgrading to 3.0 I selected in the config. to launch my VM upon opening of application and close app. upon stopping VM. Now I can't edit my config. because every time I start parallels it starts my VM automatically and when i stop my VM parallels closes before I can do anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling only to find that it didn't delete my VM and so the same problem persisted. Can anyone help???!!?:confused:

I did the same thing earlier today. I even tried to delete the preferences file and it still starts Windows when I start parallels. Hope someone can help us.

Found solution !!!!

hold the apple key down when you start parallels and it will not launch the VM. Edit you VM config to not launch VM when you start parallels.
