Hi, Posting on the off chance someone at Parallels can help. I've bought a new Parallels pro subscription, paid for using my account email. Unfortunately it's not showing up under my dashboard, but a previous expired subscription is still there. As there's no active subscription showing, most of the support options are greyed out. I've tried messaging on twitter but haven't received a response. I've tried adding the licence key to my account manually, but it's not working. Reference number - 431302331
