Hello.
I would like to stop the automatic renewal of my subscription.
However, my previous email address is currently unavailable and I am unable to log in. I remember the e-mail address and password I registered with, but I cannot log in because the e-mail address is invalid and not received when granting access.

Please note that we have disable auto-renewal for your subscription with license key ****-Q683XA

I have a similar problem -but in the opposite direction I would like to continue my subscription by transferring my licence to a new email? From all I have read only customer support can do this, BUT how does one reach customer support through means other than Twitter and Facebook, or by any means for that matter hm...?
 
I don't used, I don't needed. Please. I would like to stop the automatic renewal of my subscription. Refund me today's charges please
