I installed the Parallels 6 upgrade, and all seemed to go well, however when registering the product, I got this message: "Your copy of Parallels Desktop has been successfully registered, but the support code could not be created. To get the support code, please log in to your account on the Parallels website and browse to the registered products area." I did as it said, but could not find a way to find or create a "support code" there. I assume a support code is something I need, though at the moment, the only support I need is to figure out how to get my support code! Thanks in advance for your help.
I have also the same issue,I did this the other day,today I did this and it does not work.I don't know why.
Actually this message means that the code will be created, but responcible server is under high load and the task (create support code) was not completed in PD timeout time. We will try to make message more clear.
