Parallels Access mobile does not support agents running on a Mac with multiple monitors. This is the most common configuration when a laptop is docked at the office or when working from home. The mobile app only shows a grayed out version of the laptop display. This makes the app useless for those who need to remotely access their laptop remotely. Support note says to use the web interface for multi-monitor support, but on an iPad clicking to go to the web version always forwards to the mobile app. Removing the mobile app and repeating forwards to the AppStore to download and install the mobile app. Someone suggested in the forums that the alternate monitors should be disconnected. Like many people, I have a dock into which the other monitors, external hard-disks, and peripherals are plugged. Unplugging the monitors each time you step away is not a viable option. TLDR: Support for multiple monitors in Parallels Access mobile apps.
