although the Windows Subsystem for Linux can be used inside a Windows 10 VM, it is not possible to access the network drives shared through Parallels. Technically, they can be mounted inside the WSL, but any access to them then creates a read error. It seems that the Parallels network shares are not compatible with Microsofts DrvFs.

Would love to see a response from the team on this one. Is this a known issue? Are there any workarounds? Is it something they will be addressing?
