When I suspend the guest OS, quit P4, relaunch P4, the screen is dead.
I can't revive P4 until I go to the Parallels menu and choose 'reset'

    is this normal?

    Hello Peter,

After suspending the Virtual Machine when you relaunch Parallels the screen will be blank because it is still in suspended mode. So to get back the active screen of the Windows click on Resume that is on the toolbar of the Virtual Machine.

If this does not work then kindly click on the below mentioned knowledge base article and follow the steps.

Kindly inform the status of the issue.

Hi Peter, I found a .mem file and deleted it, ran the terminal script, and it works now.

    Thanks
