swap CMD and CTRL on right side?

I was pleased to discover recently that Parallels 3 allows you to swap the CMD and CTRL keys -- I was never able to remember to use the CTRL in the Windows environment. Then I realized that the swap only affects the keys on the left side of the keyboard. If I press (right) CMD-P to print while in Windows, as I do constantly in the Mac environment, I get a contextual menu and a "p" shows up in my document. Arghh!

Is there a way to effect the same swap on the right side?
 
Update: I saw a mention in another thread of KeyTweak, one of a number of programs that remaps keys in Windows by changing your registry. After a few tries I got it to map my right CMD key to my right CTRL key. Tip: use the "Full teach" mode to select the keys -- the map in the program has more keys than a Mac keyboard and it's hard to figure out what is what.

I still think the Parallels setting should affect both sides of the keyboard, but this seems to work.
