Odd question: I have a user who works primarily in Outlook using Parallels, and sometimes when he's working, he gets switched from Insert mode to Overtype mode. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how the switch is happening, or how to change him back. Is there a key command for this that's getting accidentally triggered, maybe?
