Hi Support, We have published a Desktop using RAS. One of our users is using MAC and has the client installed. The desktop launches in full screen. When minimized, clicking on the Parallels icon does not take the user back to the minimized session but rather to the Client where they would have to click on the Connection to reconnect back to their session. Using "Command+Tab" also opens the client and not the recently minimized desktop connection. Is there a way around this?
I found that; after minimizing the desktop, clicking twice on the Parallels client takes you back to the minimized desktop session. I am not sure if this is by design but, it's a solution that works far much better than re-establishing connections to the minimized session. Hope this helps. Regards, Gift
