The software Synergy, used to access other computers' screens, doesn't seem to work with Windows 7 Pro in Parallels 9. The computers can ping each other, the firewall is not the problem, but the one acting as a server says the client disconnected, while the client says the server refused the connection. The IP addresses are the correct ones, the computer names listed on both for each other are also correct, so they see themselves. Does anyone know of any fix?

- Please (re)install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/4841
- Go to Configure of VM ( http://kb.parallels.com/117287 ) -> Hardware -> Network -> Change the NIC type to "RealTek" and change the Network type to "Bridged(default)".
