System Monitor - Disk Space - Configurable Base

Hi,

I think it'd be a good idea to add a configuration setting for System Monitor's Disk Space to have a configurable base. That is, either base 10 or base 2. So, you either divide the total storage space in bytes by 1024 (base 2) or by 1000 (base 10). Refer to "man df". Specifically, df -h versus df -H.
