There are still issues with system suspend/resume with beta5. To reproduce, do the following,
1) Start a VM with Windows XP (no SPs) on a Macbook Pro
2) Once the VM is fully booted, close the MAC lid
3) Wait until the power light begins pulsating
5) Open the MAC lid
6) More often than not, the VM fails to respond. The MAC must be rebooted
