Systems Management Server (SMS)

I am looking to run Windows 7 via Parallels Desktop in a corporate enviroment.

Will the IT department be able to use Systems Management Server (SMS) to push Windows 7 and Antivirus updates to the Windows install on my machine?

Yes they will. I have set it up in other companies.
