Taskbar Always on Top (?)

I was wondering if there was a way to have the XP taskbar "Always On Top" in Coherence mode (?)

It would be very helpful to be able to use the XP taskbar just like in XP, where it's never covered over by windows and is always accessible. As it works now, Windows programs don't cover the Taskbar, but Mac Apps do... Not necessarily a huge problem, but irksome.

Is there a fix for this? I'm using the latest build of Parallels.
