Taskbar Flashes

I have a windows program that goes full screen and hides the taskbar when all is working correctly in boot camp. In VM, the taskbar flashes on and off. This occurs in OS view, Coherence and full screen. Any ideas on how to correct this? It started with build 3150 and continues with 3188.

Have you tried manually hiding the taskbar before starting the application?

Taskbar Flashes, Instead of SWITCHING Apps

I am having issues switching to Windows apps using the Mac App Switcher. When I select a Windows App, sometimes instead of switching to the app, it will switch to Windows, and then the selected app will simply FLASH in the taskbar -- without switching to that application.

It ALWAYS happens with Outlook 2003, and sometimes with other applications. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there any known fixes for it?
