When trying to run Terminal commands, I can't run any because it says "access is denied". I searched the Parallels forum, and was unable to find an answer. Another less important issue is that Edge browser on Windows says "managed by your organization" despite being signed out of my work/school email. I posted this question on the Microsoft forums which seems more relevant. I thought maybe the organization is because it's a virtual machine, but do not see any Parallels users saying their Edge says managed.
