Terminal server hangs and stuck at loading profile

Hi,

I spent a month to searching for solution, unfortunately still not find out.
I have 4 terminal servers. They are randomly hangs, new user cannot sign in to the servers when I've check at parallels gateway all terminal servers still shown as active.
The only resolution the get servers back on was "hard reboot servers"
I checked on event viewer but no error and no any event looks suspicious.

If anyone faced this issue, please share me the solution would be great appreciated.

Oh well this was happening to me for a while and got me extremely frustrated. Well, being not able to sign up and this all got me bad and i went everywhere looking for solutions it was like a rat race against the world. i would like to begin ny thinking that your problem has been resolved by this thime but if it still hasn't then you look for a warrantey replacement and if it is still in warrantey please go and take the warrantey cover but in my case it was my old machine and it reqUired some expert guy that i found from internet and are diagnosing my problems for free and they did the trick i hope they can help you the way they did helpe.
