Terrible keyboard input lag/phantom inputs when holding multiple keys, playing games

I'm having extremely frustrating issues with input lag, as well as Parallels thinking I am holding keys down when I am not, while playing games in Windows. When holding down more than three or four keys, subsequent keyboard inputs become extremely delayed and often result in spurious inputs. For some reason I can't upload a movie file that demonstrates what I am talking about, but I would be very interested to know if anyone knows what I'm talking about and has a way of working around these issues.

I assume this behavior is universal across Windows guests on macOS hosts, but if it isn't, I'm running Windows 11 on an M1 Max MacBook Pro.

 

I am also having this problem. Did you ever figure out how to fix it?
