Hi All,
I can access and launch the applications using Web portal from LAN, but not from the internet.
logged into web portal from WAN/internet unable to launch any application and Allowed all the ports in the Parallels RAS server.

Anything needs to be done on the Web portal or IIS?
 
@Ramesh Mandala : Is the web-portal set up to use gateway or direct mode?
If using direct mode, the destination server should be available from the WAN/internet.
(To check go to: Web portal administration > Farm settings > "Farm name" > Connection Type)
 
For my Case to access applications from outside of our Network From Web portal... i added the Public IP of Parallels RAS server as secondary Secure client gateway List.
Now i can launch the apps from anywhere.
 
Hi Ramesh, we have the same issue when accessing from outside (internally it works fine) - can you inbox me with the steps you used to resolve this.
