This probably sounds like a really stupid question, but I am trying to reinstall windows and within the process it tells me "To continue installing a fresh copy of Windows XP without repairing, press ESC". When I press ESC, nothing happens. The other options on this screen (F3 and R) work fine. Is this a problem with parallels not mapping the ESC key correctly to windows or something? How do I fix it? (Yes, I have parellels tools installed).

    Thanks.

I can assure you that ESC key (the key on the "left top" of the keyboard) is mapped correctly to the Windows one. I guess this should be some problem of the installation or some your actions are not correct... Hard to guess.
Could you provide a screenshot of whats happening on the screen ?
