I received a license key for purchase Parallel desktop Home Edition, but it shows denial access to the server message while I'm trying to activate. Please assist me to solve this issue, thanks.
You cannot buy an upgrade and use it. You previously had Pro subscription which was expired and now you have bought an upgrade to Standard version which is a lesser version compared to Pro. If you have standard then you can upgrade to Pro or if you have Pro (expired) then you can upgrade to Pro but not Standard.
