The Parallels 8 not responde

Halo,

I´ve Window 8 installed in MacBook pro, was working well but two weeks ego i can´t work with that Weil i get a message like the Screenshots her posted,

Even i carried the instruction but still i get same error message.

Hi, please try re-installing Parallels Tools and check how it goes. Refer to this KB article.
