I purchased an upgrade license from V12 (2017) to V20 (10/2024) (V20 was the upgrade license). It takes V20 upgrade and asks for the previous version which was V12. I enter the V12 key and get this error .... "The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server." I don't want to have to buy another license, lease help.
