The taskbar of Windows does not hide

When I select Application -> Hide Windows taskbar
The taskbar does not hide!!
I am using Build 5608
and the taskbar does not hide in Coherence, Single Window and Full Screen mode

And then in View-> Customize,
I do not check the "Windows Taskbar: Relocate automatically"
But the taskbar still relocate automatically....

I have tried to re-install the Parallels program,
but the problems still present
The blue taskbar is annoying...

Any solution? thanks~!

Problem with Parallels Tools -
try to reinstall them first, there is no need to reinstall Parallels Desktop only Tools
