The Upgrade Loop

Hello

Anyone stuck in the lasted update loop, the new maintenance update came and I was prompted to I downloaded, but each time ut tried to installed I get the error.

update failed with Problem ID 15209


This I understand is corrupted download, so how hell do I download again? as in previous version the updates appeared your downloads folder as a new dog files but version 7 this appears not to be the case.

So each time I load version 7 is says to want to installed , I say yes and error, if I check for new downloads hey you already have downloaded do want to install.

How you you get out of the download update loop?

non-updating updates

I too am stuck in the "non-updating" update loop. The only effective method I have found is to visit the website and use the link "already have a activation key" link. It then takes to you a page which allows you log in and they send you a link to a download. That download does install.

I keep wondering why they require us to use this hoop. This is my third update including the major update to V7. Why offer a in product update if it never works??? Even with the product shutdown in a proper way one would expect it to update.
