1、I got one license from official-web online
2、After pay for it, I submit the license to my account.
3、Then I cannot login in my account with the same e-mail, and the web told me that the account(email address) I typed does not exist.
4、So I register again with the same account(email address) on the official-web. What surprised me that it was successful...
5、But...the new account is empty, and I couldn't submit the only license. There was a warning"The license was Already registered"
What should I do now?
