There was a problem updating Parallels Tools

Booted for the first time in several months and got the "There was a problem updating Parallels Tools." Rebooted several times and it did not help. Upgraded to Version 13 and it looks like Tools installed OK but I still get the "There was a problem updating Parallels Tools."

Hi @BrianH8, thanks for sharing the screenshot of the error message. We just released a new update Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac Update 1 Hotfix 2 13.2.0 and this update addresses the issue. To check for updates, click on the Parallels Desktop menu on Mac menu bar and select Check for Updates: http://kb.parallels.com/124262
