ThinClient manager problem

Hi!

We have:
1. MS Windows Server 2012 R2 Standart
2. 2X RAS 12.0 (build 2154)
3. ThinClient OS compact r3 v7.3-r13015
4. Some HP thinClients, PCs as thinClients

All thinClients boot from network every day. Everything is OK. But if I would like to turn on some thinClient from Client Managet Console by pressing "Power On" button nothing happen :( ThinClient do not power on.
The same situation take place when I would like to turn off or reboot any client.

On MS Windows 2003 Server we have no problem like this.
May be anybody faced this problem? And can help me to resolve?

Presently we do not support ThinClientOS or 2XOS. We would recommend using the 2X Remote ApplicationServer with the 2X Linux Client or 2X Managed Windows Client.
