Three questions of Parallels Desktop 18

I have Windows 11 Home and currently Parallels Desktop 18 Pro.
1) Will Windows 11 Pro perform better in Graphics than the Home Edition?
2) I have a previous license 14, can I upgrade this one to a permanent Standard edition for 69 EUR?
3) I bought a lot of the previous versions of Parallels in the past. Last year, I paid for an upgrade to Parallels Pro for 49 EUR.
Ho much do I have to pay for a renewal?
